Kristy, headshot

This is Kristy, she is an up and coming model that posed for me one afternoon as I shot photos along with Jenny. Kristy was modeling Jenny's clothes. In each photo you will see Kristy modeling everything from clothes to jewelry, all this courtesy of Jenny. All these clothes and accessories will be available sometime in the near future. In this photo I isolated the jacket, shoes and eyes, everything else is in black and white. I then put an oval mat around Kristy and placed the whole photo in a frame. Taken 8/1/06.

Butterfly

As I was out in my backyard I followed this creature until it landed at its destination. As it was perched on this tree looking down I snapped this photo. It was soon accompanied by other visitors, some welcome, some not as you will see in the next photo. Taken 6/6/06

Insect Wars

I titled this Insect Wars, for it looked liked these butterflies were about to do battle with this stinkbug. It looked like someone was incroaching in on someone else's turf. Taken on 6/6/06.

Seattle

While living in California, I would travel to Seattle quite a bit. On one of my driving classes I came upon this scene, and just could not resist taking this photo of the city skyline with Mt. Rainer in the background.

Raider

This is Raider, my mom's chow. He lets her dress him up in clothes, on this particular occasion she dressed him up in a Dallas Cowboys uniform. My dad, Ben then took Raider outside where he stood on his hind legs as if he were looking for an open receiver.
Photo was taken in the spring back in the late 90's.

Texas Tech

This photo of my 1987 300E was taken back in '91. The location is between Jones Stadium and the Colosium there on the Texas Tech campus.

Danica Patrick

Danica Patrick, took the racing world by storm back in '05, she was here in the metroplex signing autographs and promoting Indy car racing as well as Team Rahal. This ofcourse was after she finished 4th at the Indy 500 in '05.

Cowboy Cheerleaders

America's sweethearts, this photo was taken back on 8/31/02 at Texas Stadium just prior to the Cowboys home opener. The stadium was packed with coaches, players cheerleaders and autograph seekers.

Anna

I asked Anna, a then waitress at a local watering hole to see if she would pose for a photo. She gladly accepted, so I shot this photo. This was shot on Fat Tuesday at Razzoos back in '05.

Combat Fishing

This is Combat fishing, it takes place every summer as fishermen fish for salmon as the salmon make their way back upstream. I had always heard of combat fishing, but did not really believe the stories until I actually witnessed it. This photo was also shot off of the Seward Hwy out side of Anchorage. This was taken in the summer of '97 or '98.

Amy

Amy is from Anchorage, Alaska. I met her while I was working there one spring. We became pretty good friends and kept in contact. This was shot in June '05 at Portage glacier, as you can see there behind Amy is a broken piece of the glacier. Portage glacier is the nearest glacier to Anchorage. It is about an hour drive on the Seward Hwy.

Koala Bear

I took this photo of this Koala at the Sydney Zoo back in August of '87.

Gwen

This is Gwen, I met Gwen back in August of '87, we met while we were both in Sydney Australia for the Warr, World Airline Road Race. Warr is a race comprised of many of the world's airlines, and they meet each year at different parts of the world to run this race. It is an absolute blast! You party and drink the night before the race, get up early the next morning and run the race, then top off the day with a formal party the night of the race.
Gwen is/was from the Washington DC area.
This photo was taken after Gwen came through the finish line, besides the medal around her neck, she is proudly holding a can of Fosters, Australian for beer.

Bacas & Flores Clan

This was taken on 9/5/04 in Lubbock, TX. Pictured are my cousin Adam and his family, my cousin Susano and his family, my aunt Mary and her family as well as our family. This is just a portion of the whole Baca and Flores Clan.

Maribel & Norma Color & BW

Here is a close up of both of these girls. This was shot back on 7/23/05. The original picture is in color, but I made it black and white then just put the color back in to bring out their eyes and lips for a dramatic effect.

These two young ladies were my first models. We were co-workers at a bank at the time when I asked them to pose for me. Maribel is on the left and Norma is on the right.
These young ladies are a blast, fun to be around and are very witty and charming.

My Goddaughter Angelina

This little cuttie here is my Goddaughter Angelina, some of these pictures were taken in California while the others were taken in Texas. I also put in a picture of the twins Kristina & Reina. I put this Montage of Angelina together for her in celebration of her birthday next month, October 2nd. I hope you enjoy this mija, I love you.

Lisa

This is Lisa, she was a Ticket chick for the sports talk radio am 1310 the ticket. I met Lisa at Ticketstock in Plano back if February of '05. Lisa was kind enough to pose for me right before she autographed my calender.

Blanca

This is Blanca, a good friend of mine that used to work with me at FedEx in Fort Worth. Blanca was with the HR Department, I met Blanca just after I transferred to Fort Worth from California back in '97. Blanca would hire folks and I would teach them.

This photo was taken on Michelle's birthday 2/17/06. Michelle is the blond with the big smile (standing), she is being helped by her friend (to Michelle's right) Jeri.

FedEx Girls of "Summer"

These are the FedEx girls of summer, actually they were the girls that played softball with us back in '00 or '01. These are FedEx employees/interns. They did a great job for us. They are listed from left to right: Jessica, Petra, Tyndale, Emma, and Tonya.

Spider

After our rainfall today, I went out looking for photo opportunities, and ran into this little fella. I acutally first saw the water bead dangling from the flower, then as I looked closer there was this guy inside the flower shielding itself from the rain. I zoomed in and took this shot and I also noticed another bead of water hanging by a thread inside the flower pedal.

Cortez Montage

This montage is part of the Cortez Clan, The main photo was taken on Robert's birthday 8/5/06 and is comprised of Robert, Marta, and Buddy and mom and dad. The others are of my late uncle Lupe and his girlfriend, then there is my uncle and aunt Ramon and Alejandra, then mom, Marta and my late aunt Victoria. Then finally my late grandmother Michela, or as we all called her Chela.

Flores Montage

This is the Flores Montage, comprised of 6 photos, the primary one was taken on Christmas '04, it is surronded by individual pictures of dad, mom, then both mom and I at a Cowboys game, dad and I in Alaska in front of Portage Glacier. The bottom picture is of mom and dad posing in front of mom's '51 Chevy Deluxe, which she no longer owns, she sold it after I moved to California back in the fall of '93.
